Cancellation and Refund
Please read our policies carefully before making a booking.
EcoRah Community Membership
Thank you for being a part of the Hospitality Marketing Community Membership. We value your commitment and strive to provide the best experience. Please take note of the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds:
Non-Refundable Subscription
The membership fee for the 12-month subscription is non-refundable. Once the payment is processed, it cannot be refunded under normal circumstances.
Cancellation Within 10 Days
You may cancel your subscription within 10 days of making your purchase for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued. (Refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable transaction fees and taxes).
Renewal
At the end of the 12-month term, your membership will go for renewal request/process unless you decide to cancel. To continue enjoying the benefits of the membership, you can renew at the end of your subscription term.

EcoRah Retreats Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations 7+ Days Before Retreat
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the retreat start date are eligible for a refund after deducting any applicable payment gateway or processing charges.
Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before Retreat
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the retreat start date will incur a 35% cancellation charge on the total booking amount. The remaining eligible balance will be refunded.
No Show
If the guest fails to arrive (No Show), no refund will be provided.
Refund Processing
Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within the standard processing period.

EcoRah Overnight Stay Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a refund after deducting any applicable payment gateway or processing charges.
Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before Check-in
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will incur a 10% processing fee on the booking amount.
Cancellations Less Than 3 Days Before Check-in
Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in will incur a 15% processing fee on the booking amount.
No Show
No refund will be provided for No Shows.
Refund Processing
