- Non-Refundable Subscription: The membership fee for the 12-month subscription is non-refundable. Once the payment is processed, it cannot be refunded under normal circumstances.
- Cancellation Within 10 Days: You may cancel your subscription within 10 days of making your purchase for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued. (Refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable transaction fees and taxes).
- Renewal: At the end of the 12-month term, your membership will go for renewal request/process unless you decide to cancel. To continue enjoying the benefits of the membership, you can renew at the end of your subscription term.
- Terms & Conditions Apply: This policy is subject to our full Terms & Conditions, which you agree to upon subscribing.
